LATR - on two floors, we've got three superb stages, fully equipped and ready to showcase the very best of emerging musical talent - from all parts of the world and, of course, especially our own, home-grown Scottish bands and artists..
Eventually, all the music content of this website will come from live performances at the Royal and will be streamed or webcast
directly from the venue.
For now though, the videos and music played here will give you just a taste of what's to come...
On the ground floor at the Royal, we have the "Main Saloon Bar", with its high ceiling. wooden floors, great acoustics and a capacity for up to 200 people.
Also on the ground floor, we have the "Acoustic Sessions Backroom"...the name speaks for itself. This is a more intimate room where the sound system, lighting and ambience are all designed to make every word and note of every song count.
Upstairs, we have the "LATR Main Stage", where the two live videos shown here (Jerusalem Harpoon and Standing Order) were shot. The stage is fully equipped with a pro sound system, pro video and audio recording. This superb live music room has a capacity for up to 450 people.
